Let's explore Armenia together.
Mountains that stay with you. Food you'll miss for years. People who treat you like family.
If the Scriptures are rightly understood, it was in Armenia that Paradise was placed.
I have cultivated in myself a sixth sense, an Ararat sense: the sense of attraction to a mountain.
My heart's in the Highlands.
Six thousand years of history.
And a lot of fun getting to it.
Jeep tours in the mountains
We bring a drone
DJI Air 3S
It goes where you can't
Out of the sunset, down the valley, over the forest. Real footage from a tour evening.
And then it finds you
Every jeep and hiking day ends with the shot of you that a phone could never take.
This is you, from above
Drone filming is included on jeep and hiking days. You get the raw files before you fly home.
Messages guests sent after the trip
Copied from WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram, as they were written.
Picnic by a waterfall. Barbecue on a ridge.
We stop where the view is best and set the table right there: bread, grilled meat and vegetables, local cheese, something cold to drink.
Every season is a different country
We run tours all year. Tell us when you're coming and we'll show you that Armenia.

Edward
Edward has been organising tours across Armenia, and now and then into Georgia, for over a decade. Today he guides with the Armenia Tour Team, local guides and drivers who know the country road by road, and every trip is planned the way he would want to travel himself: private, unhurried, and built around the people in the car.
Ask for the jeep track to a crater lake, a winery the coaches never reach, or a winter week in the south. The team will know the way.
Questions people ask before they come
Are the tours private?
Yes. Every tour is private: only your group is in the car, and the route and stops can be changed for you.
Where do the tours start?
Tours start and finish in Yerevan, including the jeep tours and the six-day tour.
What languages do you guide in?
English, Russian and Armenian.
What is a jeep tour like?
A day in a 4×4 with an experienced off-road driver, up mountain tracks to places such as Mount Dimats, the Armaghan crater lake or Lake Rapi on Mount Aragats. Coffee, wine and gata at the top and drone photos of your day are included.
How many people can come?
Walking tours in Yerevan take up to 10 people. Day tours take up to 4 guests per car, and groups of 5 to 8 travel in two cars.
When is the best time to visit Armenia?
Any season. Spring is green and full of snowmelt, summer opens the high pastures, autumn turns the forests gold, and winter brings snow and skiing. We run tours all year.
How much does a tour cost?
It depends on the tour, the size of the group and extras such as lunch or tastings. Send your dates and group size and Edward will reply with a price, usually the same day.
How do I book?
Use the form on this page, which opens WhatsApp with your message ready, or write on WhatsApp or Telegram (@edward_guide), by email (Edhakobyan96@gmail.com) or call +374 33 421337.
Can I add an activity to a tour?
Yes. Balloon flights, horse riding, paragliding, rafting, buggies, fishing and more can be booked on their own or added to a tour.
Do you also go to Georgia?
Yes, trips into Georgia can be arranged on request.
